The position
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who can handle incoming calls related to Billing, Collection Support, Product support, Client inquiries and Sales.
Responsibilities:
Resolve issues, concerns and process requests of customers within first contact
Facilitate outbound and follow through calls for complex concerns.
Exceed customer needs and create good customer experience
Develop and maintain files accurately
Adhere to set service level targets or key performance indicators
Adhere to prescribed shift and schedule
