CORPORATE EXECUTIVE CHEF (RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT)
 
Responsibilities:
Conduct research and development from time to time
Create and maintain high-quality menus for a restaurant
Train kitchen staff and ensure food safety and hygiene standards
Manage food costs and budgets and order equipment and supplies
Stay current on culinary trends and techniques and introduce new ones
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Culinary Science or related field and several years of experience as a head chef or sous chef
Excellent communication and leadership skills and working knowledge of computer software programs
Creativity and passion for cooking and developing unique and cuisine-appropriate menus
Willing to be assigned in Panglao, Bohol
