We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Chief Sales Officer to oversee sales operations in the Mindanao region within the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically within the HVAC or related fields, and will be responsible for driving business growth and maintaining strong customer relationships in these key areas.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth across Mindanao and Visayas. Identify new business opportunities and create tailored sales approaches for the HVAC market.
Market Expansion: Focus on market penetration by exploring new business opportunities and expanding the company's footprint in the region. Manage and identify key accounts, contractors, distributors, and partners in the HVAC sector.
Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both existing and new accounts. Regularly track performance against goals and take corrective action when necessary.
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, key decision-makers, contractors, and project managers. Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Team Management: Manage a team of sales professionals, providing leadership, training, and motivation. Ensure that team members meet individual sales targets and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and industry trends. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and forecasts to upper management.
Product Knowledge & Promotion: Stay updated on the latest HVAC products and solutions. Promote new products and technological advancements to clients and educate the sales team on the benefits of these offerings.
Contract Negotiations & Closures: Lead contract negotiations, handle pricing, and close deals in collaboration with other departments as needed. Ensure all contractual agreements are fulfilled and customer expectations are met.
Collaborative Work: Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth sales operations and product deliveries. Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and events to increase brand visibility in the region.
The qualifications for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) also includes:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience: with 3-5 years in leadership roles and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, sales analytics, negotiation, relationship building, and strong communication.
