Do you have at least 1 year of call center experience and a strong command of the English language? We are hiring for both voice and chat Customer Service Associates in Cebu, to assist US-based customers via inbound inquiries! This is a remote positions, so you MUST have  high speed internet (atleast 10 MBps) with access to a router to create a wired, ethernet connection. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds to telephone inquiries from customers using standard scripts and procedures
Gathers information, researches concerns, and provides resolution
Informs customers about available services and assesses customer needs
Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input

REQUIREMENTS:
