BUILDING MAINTENANCE
Qualifications:
At least 2yrs experience as Technician in Building Maintenance
High School diploma and TESDA NCII certificate;
Preferably w/ hands on knowledge in maintenance and repair of building equipment, including but not limited to Generator sets, Air conditioning units; Seawage Treatment Plant (STP), Water pumps, Escalators and Elevators.
Knowledgeable in motor control;
Salary commensurate to qualifications.
