BOOKKEEPER / TAX COMPLIANCE OFFICER
 
JOB SUMMARY:
 
The Bookkeeper/Tax Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, government remittances, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. The Bookkeeper/Tax Compliance Officer will also be tasked with preparing monthly financial reports, processing tax returns, and ensuring statutory compliance.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
In-depth knowledge of Financial Statement preparation and analysis.
Proficient in handling Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Tax Returns, particularly with BIR and other relevant authorities.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Results-oriented, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
Exceptional leadership skills, capable of managing teams and mentoring subordinates.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
