URGENT HIRING: BIM SPECIALIST
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering/Architecture.
Able to work under minimum supervision and achieve deadlines for all tasks.
With at least 2 years of related work experience preferably in a highrise building.
Knowledgeable in various computer applications such as Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Must have BIM Revit - MEPS expertise
With great visual attention
Very keen on details
Minimum supervision is required
The ability to work closely with team members on shared projects in a small team environment
A great attitude to be a team player to fit our working culture
Job Responsibilities:
Carry out Revit modeling, detailing, and other BIM requirements in accordance with company standards.
Work closely with group members in developing solutions to project issues
Create Revit models from design drawings.
Produce "For Construction Drawing" / Quantity take off / Clash detection from models.
Provide input into company-wide BIM system development and implementations, and internal (sometimes external) consultancy
Offer a high level of QA (Quality Assurance) checks on documentation prepared to BIM standards to meet internal and external/ client expectations
Implement project documentation plans and any project BIM management or execution plans across projects
Contribute your Revit knowledge to the training, support and development of your team members
