Prepare, check documents-sales completeness (sales invoice, return invoice, tax invoice), input trade account-receivables repayment/payment in accordance with payment received based on applied provision and procedure.
Prepare Sales Invoice for Final Invoice Process, recap serial number of Sales Invoice used, and prepare Sales Invoice for billing. Input trade account receivable payment/repayment and return invoice with cash, transfer, or online with current account payment into the system
1. Completeness & Accuracy of Sales Invoice Document
2. % Collection (billed account receivable)
3. % Data input accuracy
Create report and worksheet of delivery, and the actual stocks for delivery every day.
Required Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Result orientated. (Completely process the order of the Sales team)
Desired Qualifications:
• At least 1 to 2 years working experience of same position in a retail or distribution company
• Self-motivated and driven
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word
Education
• Graduate of any business/accounting related courses or equivalent
