Job Description:
 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial reports, records and general ledgers.
Process account payable and receivables transactions.
Monitor financial discrepancies.
Prepare tax compliance.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Perform other related accounting tasks as required by the management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS EXCEL
Strong attention to details and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Can start immediately.
