Full job description
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Ensures that all expenses and income are properly accounted
● Checks every journal entry made
● Responsible for necessary adjustments or corrections to be made in journal entries, if any
● Responsible for budgeting and forecasting financial data needed by the Management
● Responsible for facilitating and assisting the external auditor for the requested files and computations
● Monitors accruals
● Update the contract monitoring once the request for payment is received and payment was made
● Monitor the monthly and quarterly remittance of VAT, Expanded, and Compensation
● Performs other functions and tasks as assigned or required from time to time
Requirements:
● Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or any related field
● Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Chartered Accountant
● At least 10 years of experience in Accounting/Finance; Preferably with 5 years of experience in leadership role with background in Real Estate / Construction industry
● Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and high proficiency in the usage of Excel , SAP, QuickBook, HRIS
Job Types: Full-time,
Salary: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
