Is currently looking for:
 
ACCOUNT OFFICER - ONSITE
 
The Account Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts, promptly collecting payments through phone calls providing excellent customer service, conducting financial analysis, and implementing account management strategies.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct customer calls to remind on past due invoices and collect payments
Tracks scheduled call back and call all pending clients on a timely manner
Communicates with customers to address discrepancies and resolve overdue issues.
Capable of diligently responding to inquiries and other Payment, Billing and Collections concerns
Generates weekly ageing of receivables and prepares collection reports as needed.
Performs such other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Female preferably with previous experience in credit and collection
Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in credit and collection
Ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
