• Answer call inquiries pertaining to insurance services and policy of customers in accordance with standard
policies and procedures
• Analyze customer issues and concerns and provide correct solution/s
• Provide excellent customer experience
Qualifications
• At least 2 years in College (no back subjects)
• 1 year BPO experience and 1 year non BPO working experience
• Must be amenable to start ASAP
