JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
· Customer Service Skills: Be a good listener, friendly and personable. This individual is self-motivated, and solution-oriented with the ability to engage current customers or prospects, and can assess needs while guiding to relevant solutions and promotions.
· Communication Skills: The candidate is required to speak (English fluently) (Spanish is a plus) and should be comfortable speaking to customers about a product's features and benefits, answering questions, and solving concerns.
· Flexibility: Comfortable working on a graveyard shift and willing to commit to a 40-hour Monday to Friday-work schedule.
· Outlook: Ability to set goals, and remain goal-oriented with the utmost optimism while encountering different types of calls. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
· Assessment: Pass initial sales training and evaluation
 
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a sales representative
· Experienced with inbound or outbound campaigns (Preferred)
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Excel
· Familiarity with Five9 along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
· Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
· Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
· Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
· At least College level
