QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and or marketing experience in either BPO or non BPO market
Preferably in academe
Has experience handling Interns
has experience conducting Job Fairs
Essential Functions:
•Enable university and community partners by implementing meaningful initiatives that will benefit both Foundever and the partner organization
•Implement UCP projects, monitor progress and provide post-implementation review to partners
•Assess human capital of certain locations where Foundever's growth can be achieved
Facilitate training and/or webinars for UCP leads, if needed
