Responsible for teaching and facilitating Communication, Culture and Program Specific Training to support client requirements. The Universal Trainer contributes to the overall agent performance by using adult classroom/eLearn methodologies. This ensures that the verbal and written communication skills of employees are superior as well as prepared for production guaranteeing a superior workforce.
Skills Required
Ability to identify training needs
Ability to design various training programs using adult learning as foundation for the curriculum.
Ability to create a course outline, define course objectives, determine appropriate training methodologies, and develop a facilitators guide.
Ability to enumerate and define training evaluation metrics in class and in client presentations.
Ability to design surveys, FGD process flows, and other tools to conduct training evaluation.
Ability to use various statistical tools and data analysis to determine training effectiveness.
Ability to comprehend and practice curriculum facilitation, methodology, training and learning styles, presentation and classroom delivery plans including creative training techniques specific to adult learners.
Ability to teach and facilitate learning sessions, training programs, coaching sessions, meetings, facilitate FGDs, calibration sessions, and other relevant small to big group learning forums.
Ability to consult with clients, top management, industry subject matter experts, Operations management, and functional team members on training and quality solutions, best practices, potential problems, etc.
Ability to suggest training strategy by linking operational performance to training needs/ gaps and finding the best solution.
Ability to use the Training Performance Management and the Productivity Daily Time Allotment systems effectively
Ability to provide input in the design of effective online / electronic systems/ tools to facilitate training administration.
Ability to use with ease MS applications (esp. Excel) to create tracking systems for training administration.
Minimum Qualifications
Can clearly communicate with various functional groups and clients in conversational and business English both oral and written.
Knowledge of basic computer skills including Microsoft Office application software.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, Mass Communications, English Communications, Speech, Journalism, Human Resource Management, or other related fields is preferred
3-5 years of experience in call center/ teaching background /customer service operations preferred
Amenable to be assigned in Ortigas and Taguig
