Sales Volume and Revenue Management
Ensures month-on-month achievement of aligned distributor sales volume and revenue objectives per category for both sell-in and sell-out (sales-to-trade) by
Breaking monthly territory sales forecast per category received from the GT ASM and cascading these to the Distributors before the start of the operating month.
Processing of Sales Orders (SO) for Sell-in Purchases (SIV) by the Distributors and coordinating with functional departments particularly Business Center, Logistics, Finance, Trade Marketing, Sales Services, Support Services, Trade Quality Assurance and SMCIMCI for any issues and concerns that may arise during orders and deliveries.
Reviewing of total business of the territory with the GT ASM during weekly meetings and proposing necessary interventions and action steps to the GT ASM to ensure territory sales targets are achieved.
Reviews and checks distributor adherence to company's directions and standards to facilitate operational efficiency, leading to consistent sales target achievement.
Checks adherence of all Distributor Sales Personnel to the scheduled calls to outlets. Validates the weekly Sales Calls and Monitoring report submitted to the GT ASM by the distributor.
Checks implementation of Sales Tools (Monthly Work Plan, Scheduled Call List, Volume Build, Account Profile, Call Sheets, Daily Sales Report, Contact Report, Trade Check Forms and others as required in the daily selling activities).
Monitors adherence of the distributor to the Field Execution Standards and Trade Performance Standards.
Financial and Account Receivable Management
Ensures reconciliation of accounts payables of handled distributor to the company, as aligned with the GT ASM and SMIS Finance Analyst.
Ensures distributor adherence to the standard finance policies particularly issuance of PDCs, credit unblocking follow through, and other activities related with the creation of Sales Orders (SO).
Inventory and Storage Management
Executes required inventory level per category in the distributor warehouse as stipulated in the Exclusive Distributor Agreement (EDA).
Assures implementation of off-take based selling by the Distributor Sales Personnel using the proper sales tools (Call Sheet) and complete and on-time delivery of orders of the distributors to the outlets.
Sales Analysis
Maintains a comprehensive and updated scorecard provided by the GT ASM containing metrics data relevant to the territory operations
Business and Trade Efficiency Metrics (SIV, STT, Inventory, Weekly Skewing, AR, BO, Census, Calls, Productivity, UBA, Lines Sold, OSA, Pricing compliance)
Supply Chain, Financial, IT and HR metrics (Case Fill, OTDL, Distributor IS accuracy, Absences, Tardiness, Turnover)
Reviews and analyzes available data to prepare daily, weekly and monthly business updates of the territory to the GT ASM.
Trade Asset Management
Plans and coordinates the deployment of various trade assets (chiller, signage, booths, etc.) with the GT ASM and Support Services.
Assures proper installation and consistent monitoring and upkeep of all deployed trade assets in the territory through the distributor and assigned Distributor Sales Personnel.
