UNIT MANAGER
Salary Range: PHP 25,000 - PHP 26,000
Job Description:
Responsible to sell real estate projects and lead his/her own downline agents
Perform trainings, communicate about principles of real estate, selling, marketing, and making sure that his agents are knowledgeable and perform their duties intelligently and with integrity.
Be able to organize a network, and monitor the performance of his/her network
Encourage and build the character of his/her agents to increase morale and motivation.
Understand the documentary requirements (permits, licenses, taxes, titles, tax declarations, subdivision or condominium association, etc.) necessary in a real estate transaction, and relay these to his network of agents.
Leads by example by performing his duties as a real estate agent with the highest standard of ethics.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management, or has 5 years experience in the Real Estate field.
Good in communication skills, both in oral and written form
Competent in managing organizational challenges
Proficiency on MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
Interpersonal and organizational/planning skills and keen eye to details
Strong organization skills and problem solving with the ability to multi-task
Must be trustworthy and resourceful
Must be amenable to work in Cebu City.
