Role Overview
As a Unit Head, you will focus on recruitment, people development, and sales leadership. You will be responsible for building a team, coaching them to perform, and growing your unit as a long-term business.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and develop Financial Advisors
Coach and mentor advisors to achieve sales and career goals
Drive recruitment, productivity, and performance targets
Conduct regular coaching, planning, and performance reviews
Work closely with the Branch Head and Sales Management Team
Lead with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset
Training, Support & Work Setup
18-month Manager Training & Development Program
Structured roadmap for leadership and agency growth
Sales, recruitment, and people-management training
Hybrid work setup with branch support
All-expense-paid 3-day training in Makati for selected candidates
Compensation & Income Potential
Monthly performance allowance based on milestones
Commissions from personal sales
Overrides and incentives from team performance
