- Evaluate health claims for theaccuracy and coverage amount
- Research, analyze and respond to internal and external customer questions and concerns to come to an
agreeable solution
- Maintains utmost confidentiality regarding the medical records of the applicants
- Perform postpone or decline decision of cases within authority limit
- Take ownership and build solutions,focusing on what matters
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Preferably with 3 or more years work experience in a health maintenance organization
- Knowledge of complex disease conditions, treatments, tests, and medications
- With decisive and analytical mind
- Above average communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be customer-service oriented
- With medical background (Degree in Nursing or equivalent)
