Job Description Key Tasks and Responsibilities Training of UG employees to allow them to progress to the level of competence necessary for safe and efficient underground production. Specifically responsible for basic to advanced training for Underground Production task such as Production Drill, Loader and remote loader operations, as well as training for other ancillary equipment as required. To support our Production Charging contractor and provide guidance and advice when necessary Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements. This position will effectively and efficiently contribute to the Didipio Underground team by providing professional training to employees and ensure current competencies are maintained to the highest standard Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals. Conduct research using primary data sources and select the information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mining/Civil) or related field preferred.
