Job Description
Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on underground mining equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical manuals.
Replace or repair defective parts, components, and systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Must have 5 years of servicing experience as Heavy Equipment Mechanic in an underground mining company
Experience with Caterpillar, Sandvik or Epiroc machines highly regarded
