UKG OR KRONOS APPLICATION CONSULTANT FOR TIME AND LABOR MANAGEMENT (TLM)
 
Responsibilities:
Work with assigned customers and colleagues to implement UKG/Kronos TLM modules by performing the following implementation methodology (Requirement gathering, Business Analysis, System Configuration, Data Mapping, Testing, Live Processing, and Transition to Support)
Proactively identify, track and manage project issues, and recommend viable solutions or oversee the resolution of open issues
Work and communicate with customers to keep them updated on project status and ensure they are on track with their assigned tasks
Assists in building and training team members located onshore and offshore
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in implementing UKG/Kronos TLM Module
Extensive Knowledge of the HR function & processes
Comfortable working in an environment in which business processes, tools, etc. are still being defined
Experience in meeting with system users to gather requirements, conduct testing, and discuss timelines
Ability to train onshore or offshore team members
With Bachelors Degree
