The role is part of our client services team concentrating mainly on compliance work for sole traders, partnerships and small limited companies.Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensure exceptional client care standards are maintained.
Maintain regular meetings with the UK offices.
Roles and Expectations:
Preparing draft accounts for the review of a manager from source documents which may be from incomplete records or a balanced computerised trial balance.
Undertaker larger Limited company accounts with relevant support
Clear routine queries with the client.
Prepare tax computation based on the draft accounts.
Finalising figures for the manager and preparing paperwork for the client to approve.
Dealing with ad hoc client queries
Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT Returns for clients using bridging software.
Providing general support to both clients and directors.
Assist/support trainees with their queries and development
Have a real awareness of the time spent on jobs and the importance of achieving budgeted hours.
Required competencies:
You will have worked within and accountancy firm during your training and be passionate about using your skills to support clients.
