Job Description
 
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer specializing in immersive and 3D web experiences to help us transform complex web applications into visually engaging, intuitive and modern products.
 
You will work closely with developers, stakeholders, and clients to design interactive, motion-rich, and immersive web interfaces that elevate user experience beyond traditional websites.
 
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather and evaluate user requirements
Design immersive UI/UX experiences for modern web applications
Improve the usability, visual flow, and overall experience of existing applications
Design animations and transitions for text, images, and interactive elements
Create wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate behavior and user flow
Present design concepts, prototypes, and iterations to stakeholders
Identify and solve UX issues such as responsiveness, accessibility, and interaction clarity
Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and technical constraints
Ensure consistency across design systems, motion behavior, and interaction patterns
Requirements and skills:
Proven portfolio of immersive, interactive, or 3D web design projects (required)
Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and motion design
Ability to communicate design decisions clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
Comfortable working in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment

Must be willing to work in Cebu City.
