JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with Sketch App experience to join our dynamic team in Talisay City, Cebu. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of design experience and a strong ability to create visually compelling designs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires expertise in design tools, user-centered design principles, and the ability to translate insights into impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaboration and Design:
Collaborate with product managers, to understand user needs and business requirements.
Participate in design discussions, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Design and Prototyping:
Design prototypes in Sketch app
Create wireframes, storyboards, and visual designs that effectively communicate ideas.
Ability to design web and mobile application
User Research and Testing:
Conduct user research and gather feedback to refine designs.
Advocate for user needs and translate insights into meaningful graphic solutions.
Tool and Technology Expertise:
Expert in design tools like Sketch app.
Proficient in prototyping in Sketch app.
Problem Solving and Adaptability:
Address design challenges with data-driven decisions.
Adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining quality.

Requirements
