TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES

Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing dependable and timely resolution to customer service requests via telephone, chat and text. Calls are to be handled in a professional and efficient manner, following departmental policies and procedures. Individual must be self-motivated, able to multi-task and possess the ability to handle high technical support call volume.
Qualifications:
-Graduate of a 4-year course (Any course will do)
-2nd year college undergraduates are also welcome to apply.
-With at least 2 year experience being a Technical Support Representative.
-Has a solid technical knowledge and experience regarding INTUIT QUICKBOOKS or OTHER FINANCIAL SOFTWARES.
-Understands technology and has the technical skills
-With good communication skills
-Can start ASAP
-Willing to work around Vertis North , Quezon City.
-Willing to work on night shift or graveyard shift.
