Responsible for the operations of a truck weighing process including but not limited to weighing trucks, collecting and reviewing manifests, recording all information and sampling inbound materials.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Ensures accurate and complete documentation of all inbound and outbound scale transactions
2. Inspects documents and loads for inbound and outbound trucks.
3. Takes samples of inbound materials
4. Maintains order and housekeeping of scales and plant
5. Completes daily reports, maintains logs, spreadsheets and other reports, as assigned
6. Issues truck gate pass for all outgoing trucks subjected to weighbridge
7. Assists Material Inventory and Warehouse Planner and/ or Forklift Operator as needed
8. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
College level/ Graduate in Engineering, Business courses
with at least 6-month experience as truck scale operator
Preferably from the Roxas area or Zamboanga region (priority), but open to other candidates who are willing to relocate.
Expectations from the Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
