Description
1. At least High school level
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. With valid Professional Driver Licence and with Restriction code of 1,2,3
4. Willing to be assigned in Sta. Laguna and Angeles Pampanga
5. Familiar in CALABARZON, NCR and NCL Route
6. Knowledgeable in Basic Troubleshooting.
7. With good moral character
WORK HOURS / SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION
A. Employees agreed the work hour considering the irregular or fluctuating need for their service; workdays and work hour may also be irregular or "broken", and or part time as needed and determined from time to time by management or representative.
B. Employees also agreed that the service is paid on a per piece rate, as in this case, PER TRIP / DESTINATION basis. NO regular time, No regular day. It only depends upon the availability of allotted trip / trips and vacancy or may be assigned to any work station.
C. Their salary will be paid on a weekly basis, less required deductions, (through direct deposit to individual pay card)
