The Treasury staff will provide assistance to the Treasury Department such as the collection section (cashier) and disbursement section.
Responsibilities:
Encodes cash sales remittances per invoice in the remittance system.
Encodes and deposits check collection.
Assists in scheduling payables for process.
Prepares check vouchers & check payments for inter-company.
Monitors and encodes released checks daily.
Monitors OR and vouchers from inter-company.
Monitors pending OR.
Assists cashier in encoding reports whenever necessary.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any business-related course
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Should be trustworthy and reliable
Should have clerical skills
Willing to work on-site (Binan, Laguna)
