Job Summary
The Treasury Operations Analyst will be part of the Treasury Modernization team under Treasury Operations and will participate in the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of Treasury Operations applications/tools. The role is required to have strong background in Access, Excel, VBA programming, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate) and Alteryx. The ability to dissect and enhance existing Access databases and Excel/VBA applications is critical to this role.
The role should be able to learn production processes quickly, work in a fast-paced team-driven environment and communicate well with Business Units and other stakeholders.

The Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliation teams belong to Finance Support Treasury which consists of highly motivated and experienced professionals committed to customer delight. Stakeholders include Business Units across Asia and North America.
Role and Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Technical Lead of Pr oject Delivery & Enablement Team, the Treasury Operations Analyst is primarily accountable for:
1. Database Administration - Develop range of spreadsheet modelling applications and database/web-mining tools utilizing SQL and VBA for applications. Includes manipulation and development of automated spreadsheets and database applications through VBA programming.
2. Technology Tool Enabler - act as champion in utilizing automation tools in enhancing business processes like Power Platform (BI, Automate, Apps) and Alteryx.
3.Continuous Improvement - Serve as a change agent by continuously searching and proposing more efficient ways of doing day-to-day activities/processes.
4.Stakeholder Management - Effectively gather stakeholder requirements, through workshops and focus group discussions, and incorporate in the output/product. Ensure that requirements are also aligned with the organization's directions. Create user manuals based on output/product and conduct training, if necessary.
5. Project Management - Follow short iterative and incremental development cycles to produce prototypes allowing faster product delivery, early testing of prototype and continuous integration. Create test plans to ensure requirements are captured and executed correctly. Document product timeline and transition plan.
6.Special Projects - AdHoc projects as required by senior management will arise from time-to-time that will require strong financial knowledge, strong analytical and organizational skills with an innovative mindset.
Qualifications
University degree (preferably BS Computer Science or BS Information Technology).
Advanced Excel VBA experience is required.
Strong experience of automation / optimizing PROD performance via MS Excel.
With strong background on Alteryx and Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automate) Tools.
SQL Server and SSIS background, preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders / audience.
Well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to define document and resolve problems utilizing a variety of analytical tools.
Capable of gathering and validating requirements in order to resolve issues and problems.
Generates new and unique ideas, approaches and solutions to problems and opportunities. Openly questions traditional assumptions.
Demonstrates strength at evaluating feasibility or practicality of ideas and options, assesses risks and trade-offs makes informed and timely decisions.
Understands expectations that were set with client and recognizes when issues/events may affect delivery.
Good understanding of agile development.
Well-developed planning and organization skills.
Demonstrates ability to prioritize work within timelines.
Understanding of general finance systems or applications.
Must be willing to work for a night shift schedule with NDHP.
Overtime may be required to meet business deadlines.
