TREASURY MANAGER
 
Job Purpose:
 
The Treasury Manager is responsible for overall management of Branch Treasury Operations such as treasury funds, cash and check collections, Forex, Remittance and customer service products.
 
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all cash and check collections from sales and bills payment are accounted for and deposited on the next banking day
Implement compliance to Anti-Money Laundering Law and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Regulations
Monitor, control and properly safekeep inventory of customer service products
Check and certify completeness and accuracy of all related reports on sales collection, treasury funds and customer service products
Verify accuracy and completeness of all supporting documents for payment processing and ensure timely releasing of check / managers check (MC) to authorized recipient
Implement safety and security control measures in consonance to corporate standards which include security against any loss, damage and pilferage, fire prevention of the building or part thereof and disposal of records and documents
Ensure that all systems related to Treasury Operations are functioning, ITS Software policies are strictly enforced and elevate issues as necessary
Manage team and self-development through IDP
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any Business-related course
At least 3 years of experience in finance or related industry
Have a high degree of integrity
