CONTROL CUSTOMER SERVICE PRODUCTS Prevent overstocking of Customer Service products & implement safety & security measures to prevent loss & pilferage . MANAGE TEAM Plan, lead, organize & control the work of the team make sure that all systems related to Treasury Operations are functioning, ITS Software policies are strictly enforced & elevate issues as necessary . CREATE PROGRAMS TO INCREASE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY Plan & develop opportunities in Forex & Remittance & recommend changes to improve operational efficiency Qualifications: . Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's /College Degree in Banking and Finance, Financial Management or any 4 year business-related course . At least 3-5 years of related work experience . Knowledge of counterfeit detection and basic banking transactions is an advantage . Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours . Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Sorsogon . Full-time positions available
