MANAGE TREASURY FUNDS: Verify expenses to be disbursed & make sure that amounts are accurate, that Treasury funds are fully secured
· MANAGE SALES COLLECTION DEPOSIT
Manage all cash & check collections from sales & bills payment & check if they are accounted for & deposited on the next banking day
· CONTROL CUSTOMER SERVICE PRODUCTS
Prevent overstocking of Customer Service products & implement safety & security measures to prevent loss & pilferage
· MANAGE TEAM
Plan, lead, organize & control the work of the team; make sure that all systems related to Treasury Operations are functioning, ITS Software policies are strictly enforced & elevate issues as necessary
· CREATE PROGRAMS TO INCREASE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
Plan & develop opportunities in Forex & Remittance & recommend changes to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's /College Degree in Banking and Finance, Financial Management or any 4 year business-related course
At least 3-5 years of related work experience
Knowledge of counterfeit detection and basic banking transactions is an advantage
Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Sorsogon
