Position Title: Treasury & Financial Planning Officer
Classification: Associate
Salary Grade: 30,000 - 35,000 PHP / monthly
Reports To: Finance Manager
Primary Relationships: Finance Manager, Internal
Date: July 2021
Schedule: Day Shift
Background:
As Treasury and Financial Planning Officer, you will have the responsibility to support the Finance
Director in managing cash-flows in a planned, organized, efficient and cost effective manner.
Responsibilities:
● Fund management including cash flows forecasting
● Foreign currency management
● Liaison with banking relationships regarding existing and under negotiation facilities
● Managing trade finance facilities including:
Efficient utilization of working capital facilities
Document / invoice refinancing, etc
● Analysis of financial data
● Develop and manage financial models
● Develop financial forecast
● Evaluating capital expenditures
● Create custom management reports based on reporting needs
● Identifying financial performance trends and financial risks, and making recommendations.
● Support on other projects as and when needed
Requirements:
● Graduate of BS Accountancy, Certified Public Accountant preferred
● Must have at least 3 years of accounting experience, audit experience will be a plus
● Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
● Ability to summarize complex financial data in an organized and concise manner
● Experience in handling accounting and financial reporting
● Detail-oriented with knowledge of IFRS accounting procedures and financial reporting
practices
● Understand statutory requirements - SEC, BIR, etc.
● Has worked in an ERP environment
● Ability to provide solutions for complex issues and accounting problems
● Ability to maintain confidentiality
● Self-motivated, capable of working independently and meeting deadlines
● Good time management and multitasking skills
● Can articulate and express his/her thoughts in English
