Job Description:
1. In charge of payments such as preparation of check vouchers; printing of checks; and telegraphic transfers.
2. Ensures the correctness and accuracy of check disbursement preparation.
Prepares scheduling of payables for process.
3. Monitors and encodes released and unreleased checks daily.
4. Monitors pending receipts of the suppliers.
5. Manages relationships with A/P, internal and external treasury department customers.
