5. Prepares cash and checks deposit
6. Monitors signing of checks
7. Responsible for checks releasing
8. Responsible for 2307 receiving and releasing
9. Answering phone call from suppliers and outgoing employees.
10. Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being process, stored or access in the system.
