Job Description:
-Handling of over-the-counter transaction, phone and email queries/request
-Handling of acceptance of payment, check validation
-Bank deposits
-SAP payment posting and Sales Invoice/NVAR issuance
-Bank warehousing of PDCs (post-dated check)
-Preparation of daily collection reports
-Receipt/invoice printing
-Sorting and mailing, dealing with courier/mailing-related concerns
-Cashiering supplies inventory
-Provide assistance to other treasury-related tasks
Job Qualifications:
1. Graduate of any business or finance-related course
2. With at least 1-2 years experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Knowledgeable in MS Office applications and SAP system
4. Familiarity with banking system is a plus
5. Good communication skills
6. Can start ASAP
