Must have a bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related field
Must have at least 1-2 years of working experience in related field
Must be knowledgeable in basic banking transactions
Basic to Advance Computer Skills, Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
Preferably local resident of Angeles City, Pampanga or nearby areas

Job Description
Petty Cash Handling
Ensures petty cash are appropriate and within treasury's policies and procedures
Safekeeping of petty cash fun by ensuring funds are physically secured or attended by authorized representative
Documents and replenishes fund on timely manner
Validates collection reports from various business units versus passbook to ensure that collection of the day are deposited accordingly
Collection Encoding & Validation
Compiles, reconciles, encodes and maintains records for various online payment such as but not limited to bank ADA, charge on demand auto charge and other bank payment type from various pay partners/channels
Ensures that all collection from collectors are recorded on the date of collection accurately and completely
Compiles collection reports from various business units and checks if it complies with the company's policies
Collection deposits from payment partners are regularly verified if deposited in the company's designated bank account as agreed upon the contract
Submits reviewed collection report to Financial Reporting Department and Audit Team
Disbursement Management
Custodian of all unreleased checks and other bank instruments for Treasury Department
Releases checks to various stakeholders as scheduled
Ensures that all checks and other bank instruments issued are properly acknowledged by various stakeholder with signed issued official receipts
Returns the released voucher's to General Accounting with completeness
