JOB QUALIFICATION
College graduate
Graduate of SHS (with BPO experience for six months, or experience working in a travel agency)
Must have at least two years of expertise in BPO and handling airline ticketing accounts – hotel reservations/airline ticketing/flight reservations etc. (must know GDS software)
Excellent English communication abilities
Constantly strive to provide excellent service to every customer and go above and beyond the service delivered.
Amenability to work in mid-shift, night-shift, holidays, and weekends
