Travel Experts provide customer service support by responding to chat/emails and receiving calls on customer concerns on 24x7 support operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Inbound/Outbound calls relating to customer queries.
Needs to take inbound calls related to customer queries.
Process customer requests as per guidelines.
Adherence to process Quality and Compliance Guidelines
Call passengers for various issues and work on application software.
Make outbound calls to customers
Adherence to Staffing/Attendance metrics.
All deliverables related to staffing adherence and Attendance are met.
To provide language customer support & transaction processing
To meet and exceed KPIs (AHT, quality, CSAT)
To follow processes and policies To follow documentation standards
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A college graduate with or without experience OR;
Completed at least 2nd year in college with at least 1 year of BPO experience
Amenable to work on shifting schedule
Willing to work on site in Pavia, Iloilo
Demonstrated proficiency in English
Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Computer proficient and is able to multitask
Organized and Methodical
Preferably with BPO/Call Centre Experience
