Job Description
The Logistics Planner is responsible for the effective logistics planning for feeds distribution by providing timely shipment and dispatch plan to ensure complete, accurate documentation and on-time delivery to destination. He / She provides assistance to ensure customer satisfaction on delivery requirements.
Cost Effective and On-time Shipment Plan
Coordinates with Customer Service Team and Warehouse on delivery requirements and priority shipments.
Prepares daily shipment and dispatch plan and coordinates transports requirements to Transport Coordinatore and Order Fullfilment;
Monitors and updates shipping lines sailing schedules regularly.
Coordinates booking of shipment with shipping lines;
Provides complete and accurate shipping document to shipping / transport service providers;
Prepares plan and schedules deliveries for transshipment.
OTM Planning and Updating of Rates.
Logistics Support
Monitors and coordinates with shipping service provider on status of in-transit shipments and ensures availability of reports / status update of the deliveries such as Shipment Loading Confirmation, Withdrawn and Unwithdrawn Report.
Ensures escalate delivery concerns/issues to Logistic Supervisor for immediate disposition.
Provide information/ data on shipment plan against actual shipment to measure logistics planning and execution performance efficiency;
Other Tasks
Ensures compliance to food safety and quality standards set by HACCP, GMP & ISO, ISMS
Actively participate in all company programs at all times.
Performs other related activities that may be assigned by immediate superior.
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of any 4 year business related course
Experience:
At least 6 months work experience in logistics / supply chain or equivalent

Ability to work collaboratively across multi-functional teams.
Detailed oriented and strong follow-up skills
