Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is looking for Transport Operations Controllers to join our Vehicle Logistics Department based in Batangas City, Philippines.
The Transport Operations Controller is a member of the Transport Operations Control Team that is responsible ensuring vehicle delivery KPIs are met through overseeing/performance assessment of third party logistics service providers, abnormality management and improvement of operational processes, covering yard and transportation area of operations.
In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in data gathering, report preparation and Logistics Operations. You are also expected to render shifting schedule and to work on rest days with depending on shipment schedules.
Your role and responsibilities:
Continuously transform logistics operations to align with promised estimated time of arrival to customers.
Establish and propose risk management programs or systems development for continuous process kaizen.
Identify and implement activities to level-up the Logistics Service provider's performance.
Monitor and control operations of vehicle logistics pipeline
Ensure smooth flow of operations by meeting the daily operational target output.
Abnormality management and critical decision making to ensure vehicle plan and ETA will be followed.
Maintain complete and accurate records, logs and reports for actual vehicle movement operations.
Regularly monitor Logistics service provider's performance and facilitate improvement activities to ensure compliance to company requirements.

You have a Bachelor's Degree in a Business course and have background in Administration, Management, Operations, or Marketing.
You have achieved a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas and are keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise.
You are capable of identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.

You are willing to be assigned in a shifting schedule.

You are willing to work in Batangas City with a shifting schedule.
