As a Transport & Logistic Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring inbound and /or outbound product delivery and tracking. Ensuring shipments are sent on time and according to defined plan and schedule. Reporting to Project Operations Manager oversee all preparing administrative transportation documentation for the external warehouse. Fulfils shipping, packing and marking procedures per project requirements in compliance with governmental regulations Your responsibilities Generating documentation for credit letters and ensures inclusion of the documentation with shipments to ensure compliance with all export/ import rules and regulations. Verifying vendor certificates and submits appropriate documentation for credit letters. Releasing shipments to forwarders based on vendor packing lists. Provides administrative support in the identification and selection of forwarders for domestic/export transportation. Archiving all documentation regarding shipping and delivery to the customer. Verifying vendor certificates and submits appropriate documentation for credit letters. Your background Graduate of any 4-year course. Experienced in SAP and customer service support from a fast pace environment is preferred. Proficient in oral and written English communication. Knowledgeable in using MS Office Application.
