As a Transformation Project Engineer, your primarily role is to drive transformation initiatives, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects.
Other duties and responsibilities include:
Communicate future goals in terms of tangible improvements
Lay out a transformation path with specific milestones and direct business impact
Identify and capitalize on "actions that matter"
Hold specific events to change mind-sets
Involved in the implementation of transformation initiatives in order to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Times/Cost and productivity requirements
Implements various LEAN initiatives, as required
Perform regular Simulations to optimize Lead Times and assure capacity of the lines
Contribute to the development of new products/process (manufacturability/feasibility)
Participates actively to Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and is responsible for ensuring that process robustness continuously replies to needs of quality
Qualifies means and processes in plant
Requirements:
B.S in Industrial Engineering
With 2 years relevant experience in project management, lean management and problem solving
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work with people/teams.
Dealing with Complexity, Informing Others, Leadership, Supervision, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Manufacturing Quality, Product Development, Presenting Technical Information.
