What to expect from the role:
Involved in the implementation of transformation initiatives to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Times/ Cost and productivity requirements
Executes various Lean initiatives, as required
Work regular Simulations to optimize Lead Times and assure capacity of the lines
Contribute to the development of new products or processes (manufacturability, feasibility)
Connect future goals in terms of tangible improvements
Layout a transformation path with specific milestones and direct business impact
Hold specific events to change mindsets
Participates actively in Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis and is responsible for ensuring that process robustness continuously replies to the needs of quality
Qualification:
Degree in Industrial Engineering or related
With 2 years of relevant experience in project management, lean management, and problem-solving
Experience in automotive is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively and to work with people
Dealing with Complexity, Informing Others, Leadership, Supervision, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Manufacturing Quality, Product Development, Presenting Technical Information.
