Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for driving Transformation agenda of the contract
Partner with client to design and align Transformation Roadmap
Work with cross functional teams, serve as catalyst by proactively identifying opportunity areas for transformation, automation, and digitization
Identify breakthrough process improvement (moving past incremental CI/ small t projects identified by the contract). They may apply a variety of tools and techniques such as Process Mining, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Agile
Translate ideas to initiatives and ensure delivery of transformation initiatives
Transformation initiatives achieve target outcomes through effective management of change and program management
Lead, guide, and support multiple workstreams to design, plan, and implement identified transformation initiatives
Oversee, coordinate and track status of initiatives and help identify and risks or issues
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 10 years experience in F&A with Transformation focus
Recent experience in BPO/ Shared Services environment with Minimum 3 years experience
Deep understanding of F&A processes and BPO/ Shared Services
Track record of leading large and complex transformation and process change efforts
