You will collaborate with the team to integrate transcriptions into projects, organize content for easy access, and stay updated on transcription tools and trends.What You'll Do:Conduct in-depth research on various topics and source materials from diverse channelsTranscribe audio and video content into written form while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established guidelinesVerify and fact-check transcribed content to maintain high-quality standardsCollaborate with content creators, editors, and other team members to integrate transcriptions effectively into projectsManage and organize transcribed content in a structured and accessible manner for easy retrievalStay updated with industry trends, transcription tools, and technologies to enhance transcription processesWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in transcription with excellent accuracy and speedStrong research skills with the ability to gather information from multiple sourcesProficiency in using transcription software/tools and familiarity with different audio/video formatsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining content qualityStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a teamAbility to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentA proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologiesBachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experiencePrevious experience in content research or a related fieldFamiliarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniquesWhy You'll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, we're redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
