JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform core business process transactions including data entry, data capture, and data verification according to standard delivery solutions.
Respond to information requests by searching, compiling, and summarizing results in requested format.
Assess and resolve problems following defined incident notification and escalation procedures.
Serve as a technical/functional resource or super user to other team members.
Label data for an AI Bot that can answer people's questions. Responses to be informative, truthful, relevant, clear and harmless.
Help improve the quality and safety of online contents by analyzing and reviewing user profiles, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system.
QUALIFICATIONS
College graduates of any course
Open to fresh graduates (min. 4 year grad course)
Open to 2nd yr undergrad/SHS Grad with 18 years exp in BPO
Strong verbal and written skills in English is a must
Strong knowledge of cultural context in the transactions handled
Strong Problem-solving Skills
Detailed oriented and client focused
Active Social Media presence / Passionate about the internet
