- Invoicing in CRM and Quickbooks
- Input orders and quotations in CRM
- Coordinate with managers and send out invoices to clients
- Cash collection support
- Filing of documentation orders, timesheets, and invoices
- Support FAM Finance tasks
Requirements:
With 6 months to 1-year practice in Accounting/Finance
Preferably with CSR practice
expertiseable with MS Excel
Preferably with practice in Quickbooks and CRM
Keen to details
Can work with less supervision
