Location: Mandaluyong Job Description Act as software detectives, resolving issues within various components of critical business systems and maintaining seamless operation. Serve as the intermediary between clients and applications, ensuring exceptional system functionality through dedicated, high-quality service. Demonstrate deep product knowledge to accurately define and design resolutions for client issues. Provide superior support to Microsoft customers, aiming for First Call Resolution (FCR) with a focus on SMB, partners, and consumers. Assist clients in onboarding their businesses and troubleshoot any issues related to M365 services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Office 365 Pro Plus, Yammer, etc. Document identified gaps or issues and report them to relevant leads and managers. Build strong customer relationships, offer guidance, and motivate them in utilizing services effectively. Drive recommendations and priorities across customers and partners while collaborating across organizational boundaries. Utilize collaboration support tools to expedite issue resolution for customers. Experience And Technical Skills Fluent proficiency in Italian is a must. Minimum 2 years of professional IT experience or customer service/technical support work experience in BPO or related industries. Proficient in M365 administration/troubleshooting, with knowledge in Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Windows Server, and Azure concepts. Experience in a client-facing role, possessing at least B2 level communication skills. Flexible work schedule adaptability. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Certifications in M365, MS Windows Server, Azure, or Exchange are beneficial. Solid foundational knowledge in Windows, Mac OS, and other Office Apps.
